At FinYang AI (operated by AppCraft Studios (Pty) Ltd), we want you to be completely confident in our financial intelligence and statement analysis tools. We offer clear, fair terms for cancellations and refunds on all our paid software plans (Silver, Platinum, Gold 5× and Gold 20×).

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new customer subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase if the Service does not meet your operational expectations.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

• Email our support desk at support@appcraftstudios.com within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction.
• Include the email address associated with your account and your invoice or order number.
• Our team will process your refund promptly—no complicated hurdles required.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your FinYang AI subscription at any time:

• Self-Service In-App: Sign in to your account at finyang.net/app, open Plan & usage from the usage meter in the sidebar, and click Cancel subscription (an organisation administrator can do this, or use Manage billing to open the Paddle customer portal).
• Via Support Email: Send a cancellation request to support@appcraftstudios.com from your registered account email, and our team will complete the cancellation for you within 24 business hours.

Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active and fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period (month or year). You will not be billed again.

4. Renewal Billing & Ongoing Charges

Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew monthly, on the day of the month you subscribed. Every plan we sell today is billed monthly; should another billing term be offered in future, the term shown at checkout is the one that applies to you.

If an automated renewal charge occurs and you intended to cancel, please notify us within 48 hours of the renewal charge at support@appcraftstudios.com. If you have not utilized statement processing quotas during the new billing cycle, we will happily process a full courtesy refund for that renewal charge.

5. Processing & Payout Timelines

Once an approved refund is initiated by our team:

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, or supported digital wallet).
• Depending on your financial institution and card network, funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
• You will receive an automated email confirmation with your refund receipt as soon as the reversal is submitted to our payment processor.

6. Exceptions & Fair Use

To protect against abuse, refunds may be denied if:

• The request is made after the expiration of the 14-day evaluation window.
• There is documented evidence of intentional platform abuse, account sharing in violation of our terms, or automated scraping.
• Chargeback proceedings have already been opened directly with your bank. If a dispute is raised with your card issuer, refund resolution must proceed through the financial institution's dispute channel.
